Our values is evolving depending upon the emerging needs of the society. Hence, there is a need to trace back the history of values education. Knowing the ideas and wisdom of our early philosophers and advocates of values education is a great leap for the learners’ mastery of the course. CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHOLOGY GRADUATE SCHOOL SYLLABUS
This
course deals with the analysis of physical, intellectual, emotional, social,
and moral development and changes from childhood to adolescence with emphasis
on behavioral patterns, interests, values, and sources of conflicts. The understanding of this course will aid the
students to be more committed and responsive with genuine love and concern for
others.
PROJECT IDENTIFICATION, DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT SYLLABUS
This course deals on the preparation of a feasibility study. Students are taught the components of a feasibility study, such as the project timetables and the management, marketing, technical, taxation and financial aspects. Each part is discussed thoroughly and the students are guided in the preparation from the very start of the course until its final stage. They are required then to have an oral defense before the panel of three (3) composed of marketing, management, and accounting field.
RESEARCH DESIGN AND METHODOLOGY GRADUATE SCHOOL SYLLABUS
The main purpose of this course is to introduce the basics and principles of research methodology. Various research designs will be introduced that include experimental and non-experimental as well as qualitative and quantitative designs. The course also aims at stressing the importance and need for research in education and business management. It prepares students to plan and carry out research proposals in their field of specialization and expertise.
HUMAN RELATIONS GRADUATE SCHOOL SYLLABUS
This course is focused on personal and organizational success. All work is done through relationship. It involves our human relations and career success in any organization. It also focuses on strategies on how to improve human relations, communication style, self-motivation and motivating others. COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The focus of this course is in the area of school financial management. The course will show managers how to interface with school accounting and finance departments, help them to understand how school meet their financial objectives utilizing financial decision-making. This course will also explain school financial tools and techniques, which can be used to help firms maximize value by improving decisions relating to capital budgeting, capital structure, and working capital management. This course will deal with a number of related topics, including multinational school financial management, risk management, mergers and acquisitions.
PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING GRADUATE SCHOOL SYLLABUS
3-unit lecture/laboratory course provides practical knowledge
of different assessment tools, including standardized tests, observation,
interviews, and other authentic measures utilized in counseling. Students are equipped with skills through hands-on
experience in selecting, administering, scoring, and interpreting tests,
constructing non-test assessment tools, and designing a testing program.
PSYCHOLOGY OF TEACHING AND LEARNING GRADUATE SCHOOL SYLLABUS
The course is about the different theories, principles and philosophies in psychology which affect the effectiveness of the teaching - learning process. These concepts will guide the teacher in the process of teaching so that solutions to problems can be contextualized and relate them to actual classroom situations.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course focuses on curriculum development and instructional strategies for K-12 educators. They will examine the history of curriculum development, the role of curriculum in education, and the alignment of curriculum to state and national standards. School reform, curriculum implementation, assessment methods, textbook and material selection, and the adaptation of technology into curriculum are also explored. Particular emphasis will be placed on developing curriculum and instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
